As well as dry grinding and shredding equipment, our plant has an 8,000Te capacity washing and separating facility and five extrusion lines for compounding material. This plant can be deployed on your behalf to process waste back into a useful product. This can be produced to a tight specification depending on your requirements and transport may be available for you if necessary.
Our arrangement with the industry scheme for collecting coffee cups, Save-a-Cup, illustrates this nicely. They collect vending cups from offices etc. and bring them to our facility compacted in bales where we remove any contamination with our washing and separating facility. Then depending on the requirements of the particular customer they are supplying, product can be delivered or collected as regrind / flake or run through one of our extruder lines first and transported as compound / pellets. This shows even when a toll processing scheme is already running that it is still flexible and can be tailored to suit customer demands.
